For the Owner

For the Dog Owner - Please keep in mind boarding is not for every dog. Each dog is different and handles boarding differently. If your dog is high strung and nervous, or was a rescue dog from abuse, or a shelter, they may not enjoy being boarded. If your dog doesn't do well on car rides they may get here and be a nervous wreck, and not be able calm down because of their different surroundings. They could also get sick from the stress, which may cause them to vomit or have diarrhea.

Please keep in mind that if your dog is aggressive towards anyone, men, women, or children, we will not board them. If we discover this after your dog is here, you will be asked to remove him or her from the premises. If your dog is overly aggressive towards the other dogs, for example, grasping the cage of other dogs when he or she walks by we will not board them. Again if this is discovered after they are here, you will be asked to remove them from the premises. This aggressive dog policy may offend some of you, but we are trying to create a fun loving, safe and quiet atmosphere, one that makes the dogs want to come back.

For the Cat Owner - Your cat will be placed in a large cage with a litter box and plenty of room to stretch and sleep. We do not allow the cats to roam the room together. They are each given separate turns during the day to roam.  If your are boarding two cats together, and they are fighting, as this often will occur with cats in close quarters, we will make the decision  whether or not to separate them.  Again, as with dogs, because we handle the cats all day long, if your cat is overly aggressive, we will not board them, as we do not wish to make other cats uncomfortable or put the staff in jeapoardy of being bitten.
